Call Your Spa: Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the obligations and responsibilities of both Call Your Spa (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) on the Call Your Spa platform (“Platform”). Please read these Terms carefully, along with our Privacy Policy, Client Standards, and Community Guidelines, before using the Platform.
By accessing or using our Platform, which includes our website, mobile applications, and related services, you acknowledge that you are 18 years or older and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
Background
- Call Your Spa is a technology service provider that operates an online platform to connect users with professional wellness service providers (“Service Providers”).
- The Platform enables you to request and book wellness services (“Wellness Services”) at your preferred location.
- Each Service Provider is independently licensed to provide Wellness Services and has entered into an agreement with Call Your Spa to access the Platform.
User Eligibility
- The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
- Minors may only use the Platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian who assumes full responsibility.
User Responsibilities
- Treat all Service Providers and Call Your Spa staff with respect and professionalism.
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your user profile and making bookings.
- Use the Platform solely for legitimate bookings and wellness services.
- Refrain from engaging in inappropriate, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior during interactions with Service Providers or on the Platform.
Client Standards
Call Your Spa is committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment. All users must adhere to the following standards:
- Respectful Interactions:
- Treat Service Providers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Inappropriate comments, gestures, or behaviors are strictly prohibited.
- Informed Consent:
- Wellness Services must be agreed upon in advance, with a clear treatment plan explained by the Service Provider.
- You may revoke your consent at any time during the service.
- Safety Guidelines:
- Service Providers are not permitted to engage in inappropriate touch or personal relationships with clients.
- If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any time, you should end the session immediately and report the incident to Call Your Spa at info@callyourspa.com.
Booking and Payments
Booking Process:
- All bookings must be made through the Platform or via phone at +1-888-398-1561.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a notification with the booking details.
- Payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment:
- Payments are processed securely through the Platform using your selected payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card).
- Call Your Spa collects fees on behalf of the Service Provider, including applicable platform and service fees.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 48 hours of approval.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee:
- 50% of the service fee if canceled within 4–24 hours of the appointment.
- 100% of the service fee if canceled less than 4 hours before the appointment or if the Service Provider is already en route.
Service Providers
- Call Your Spa does not employ Service Providers but facilitates connections between you and independent providers.
- All Service Providers are required to complete an onboarding process and adhere to our standards of professionalism and quality.
- Service Providers are responsible for their own equipment, safety measures, and the quality of the services provided.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Call Your Spa enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:
- Verbal, non-verbal, or physical harassment.
- Discrimination based on age, gender identity, race, religion, or personal traits.
- Unprofessional conduct by either clients or Service Providers.
Violations of this policy may result in the termination of your access to the Platform and, where necessary, reporting to local authorities.
Privacy and Security
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and sharing of your information as described in the policy.
Liability and Dispute Resolution
- Liability:
- Call Your Spa is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the services provided by a Service Provider.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the booking location is safe and suitable for the services requested.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Disputes between you and a Service Provider must be resolved directly. Call Your Spa will assist in mediating disputes when necessary but does not guarantee a resolution.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers can be purchased through the Platform and redeemed for Wellness Services.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for up to five years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Call Your Spa is not responsible if a recipient cannot redeem a voucher due to location limitations.
Termination
Call Your Spa reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or other policies. You may also terminate your account by contacting us at info@callyourspa.com.
Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
